Prefabricated interfaces of energy storage equipment reduce field wiring costs

        Energy efficiency is the focus of Slocable. The technology group provides a specific solution for this: the newly developed energy storage series connector allows users to build an energy storage system based on the battery module, which is also the first connector designed and developed by Slocable for the front energy storage system. In order to further shorten installation time and reduce the amount of wiring required on-site, Slocable now integrates the interface with prefabricated cable components tailored to each application.

        Slocable energy storage high voltage wiring harness is CN120A, CN200A, and can provide 20 cm, 30 cm, 40 cm and 50 cm cable length options, which are suitable for use in the temperature range of -40 to +125 degrees Celsius. The rated current is 120A~300Amax, and the rated voltage is 1500VDC. It is suitable for power batteries, energy storage batteries, and telecommunication base station energy storage. The energy storage high-voltage wiring harness can meet various standards including EN 45545-2 and NF F 16-101.

        This design can meet all technical requirements such as the new UL 4128 standard for stationary energy storage systems (the highest standard currently on the market), and can provide the best safety for the construction of battery storage systems.

Secure installation with finger-protected pins

        The single-core connector is not only very suitable for the front drawer of energy storage equipment, but also can transmit up to 200 A rated current under 1500 V voltage. Finger-protected pins can be connected in different ways (M8 bolts or busbars), and users can visually check the locking status. These features allow the connector to ensure the safety of installation. In addition, the product also has an anti-vibration function and is available in two different colors, yellow and black. The mechanical coding system adopted by Slocable can also avoid incorrect connections of positive and negative poles. This feature makes the new connector an ideal solution for connecting high-volume battery modules.
