According to data released by the National New Energy Consumption Monitoring and Early Warning Center, in the third quarter of this year, China’s photovoltaic power generation reached 72.7 billion kWh, a decrease of 3.1% from the previous month; the national waste of 650 million kWh, an increase of 1.6 year-on-year %; the utilization rate of photovoltaic power generation was 99.1%, an increase of 0.1% year-on-year.
From January to September, China’s waste of electricity was 3.43 billion kWh, and the utilization rate of photovoltaic power generation was 98.3%, an increase of 0.2% year-on-year.
In the third quarter of this year, China’s newly installed photovoltaic capacity increased by 7.2 million kilowatts, an increase of 56.2% year-on-year, and the growth rate was 43.3% higher than the previous quarter; 58.8% of the total installed capacity, an increase of 28.0% year-on-year.
As of the end of September, China’s photovoltaic grid-connected installed capacity reached 220 million kilowatts. China’s distributed photovoltaic installed capacity was 71.29 million kilowatts, accounting for 32.0% of the total photovoltaic installed capacity, an increase of 0.9% compared with the previous quarter and an increase of 1.2% year-on-year.
